The GED Reasoning Through Language Arts test covers grammar and language, identifying and creating arguments, and reading for meaning. The test is hundered and fifty minutes long consisting of two parts. Part one consist of multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, drag and drop, select area, reading comprehension, and drop down type questions. The second part of the exam is the extended response writing essay.
