CIST 2120: Using Application Software
This course provides students with knowledge in the following areas: word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software.
Students will learn how to use Microsoft Word for creating, customizing, and organizing documents by using formatting and visual content that is appropriate for the information presented. Students will use Excel to create and manipulate data, format data and content, create and modify formulas, present data visually, and collaborate on and secure data by creating a Spreadsheet. Students will also learn how to use Powerpoint to create and format presentations using masters and templates, create and format slide content, work with dynamic visual content, and collaborate on and delivering presentations.
