Elimination Disorders

According to the DSM-5, Elimination disorders involve the inappropriate elimination of urine or feces and are usually first diagnosed in childhood or adolescence. 

Elimination disorders include:

• Enuresis: The repeated voiding of urine into inappropriate places
• Encopresis: The repeated passage of feces into inappropriate places
• Other Specified Elimination Disorder
• Unspecified Elimination Disorder
