Helpful Apps and Websites

Try These Helpful Tools to make Studying a little Easier!
  • Pomodoro Timer - Pomodoro™ Technique is a time management method designed to help you get things done!
  • iStudiez -"Track it all: student/life schedule, homework/assignments, and grades. This student-planner app helps you keep on top of your plans at any time with easy-to-follow organization and presentation. Build colorful block-style calendars/timetable and to-do categories. You can also track your progress using the simple grade-graph feature."
  • Zotero -This is a free citation generator that helps you cite books, websites, and journals using APA, MLA, Chicago and more! Librarian's note: This is a helpful guide when creating citations; however, always go back and check over your bibliography/works cited page when you're finished as citation generators can often be incorrect. We have MLA and APA citation guides in the library that you can view, or you can visit Owl Purdue for additional information about citations.
  • Blackboard App - Complete classwork easily, check announcements and due dates, and communicate with your instructors all through the Blackboard app that can be used on any mobile device!
